100% scholarship for the children and spouses of those who died in the Karabakh War
The ASBÜ TRNC Campus Board of Directors, chaired by ASBÜ TRNC Rector Prof. Dr. Enver Arpa, convened on January 16, 2026, and decided to grant 100% scholarships to the children and spouses of the martyrs of the Karabakh War, in accordance with Decision No. 2026/01-08.
