Student Residence Permit Procedures

Students who previously held a residence permit and whose current permit is valid until September 30, 2026, may apply for a Student Residence Permit or renew their existing permit as of October 1, 2026.

Students are required to submit their passports to the Student Affairs Office so that their information can be entered into the relevant system.

Once their passport information has been entered into the system, students can submit their Student Residence Permit applications online through the Ministry of Interior’s Immigration System.

As the Student Residence Permit application and renewal procedures will be carried out online, students do not need to visit the Ministry of Interior in person to complete their applications.

Students who wish to extend the validity period of their existing residence permit must contact the Student Affairs Office and indicate that they wish to extend their visa/residence permit period.

Once the necessary procedures have been completed, the validity period of the students’ Student Residence Permits may be extended.
