The ASBÜ TRNC Campus Board of Directors, chaired by ASBÜ TRNC Rector Prof. Dr. Enver Arpa, convened on January 16, 2026, and decided to grant 100% scholarships to the children and spouses of the martyrs of the Karabakh War, in accordance with Decision No. 2026/01-08. 

Prof. Dr. Enver Arpa, Rector of ASBÜ TRNC, a state university of the Republic of Turkey in the TRNC, made the following statement on the matter: “Thank God, Azerbaijan has achieved an absolute victory in Karabakh, and Karabakh has been liberated.”

We consider the Karabakh Victory as our own victory and remember with mercy and respect the sacred memory of those who fell as martyrs in this holy cause.

We always continue our work with the awareness of one nation, three states.

As the ASBÜ TRNC Campus Board of Directors, we have also decided to provide educational opportunities to the children and spouses of our Karabakh War martyrs with these feelings and thoughts.

As ASBÜ TRNC Campus, we are ready to do our best to ensure that the children and spouses of our Karabakh War martyrs receive the best and most qualified education.
