Today, changes in exam systems directly affect the motivation levels of candidates and make it necessary to develop different strategies for successful exam process management. In this context, the ‘Changing System Motivation Strategies’ programme was held for candidates preparing for different exams such as AGS, ALES, KPSS and DGS.
The programme was implemented with the presentation of Mikail Şan, an expert in his field, and various strategies to ensure the continuity of motivation during the exam process were discussed. Within the scope of the event, approaches were discussed for candidates to develop efficient study techniques, keep individual motivation high and adapt effectively to changing exam systems.
In the presentation, topics such as increasing psychological resilience, goal setting, time management and increasing concentration were examined from an academic perspective. Practical solutions on strategies that can be applied to adapt to changing exam formats were shared, while participants shared their experiences and exchanged ideas in an interactive environment.
The programme was designed to provide academic and psychological support to the candidates preparing for the exams and aimed to contribute to a more conscious and planned study process by reducing exam anxiety.
At the end of the programme, Mikail Şan was given a certificate of participation and a souvenir photo was taken with the students.
